Is there a cut-off time for deliveries?
Regular (9 hr) deliveries must be placed by 11 AM to ensure same day service.
Regulars placed after 11 AM may be delivered by the morning of the next business day. Upgrade your service to a rush or urgent to ensure same day service.
What if you need a parcel picked up or dropped off at a location not listed above?
Karma offers hot shot services for deliveries requiring pick-up or drop-off to locations outside of our operating area.
Can I schedule a specific pick-up and/or drop-off time?

Do you operate on weekends and holidays?
Yes, Karma operates every day of the year. Deliveries occuring on weekends and holidays are subject to additional fees.
