Yes, Karma Delivery operates 24/7. At any time of day, you can order a hot shot, and we’ll deliver it as quickly as possible—even beyond standard office hours.
How is the cost of hot shot delivery calculated?
We calculate the price using the running kilometers there and back. We will us a GPS service to determine the kilometers from the pick-up address to the delivery address, plus the kilometers to return back to the pick-up address.
Can I schedule a hot shot delivery on short notice?
Yes, you can order hot shots for immediate service. We work closely with clients to meet their needs efficiently.
Do you require payment prior to service?
Yes, clients must pay before service; however, we may make exceptions for account holders. Additionally, any extra fees such as wait time, will be billed after the delivery is completed.
